When you call, you smile to spread sunshine...!
Love, Forget me not! Forlorn me not!
Love, for I'm caught in this loveless loop for centuries...!

Love, in deep deep down I fall...,
When you shy away, when you shut me off...!
Love, to up up to that Everest I rise,
If you beckon, if you yell, if you desire, if you call...!!!

Who cares about the rumors & scandals --??
That the world will pour on us,
Especially on me...!!
When you come with great wings;

দেহ তো হারায়ে যাবে একদিন -
কিন্তু ফুরাবেনা এই বুঝদিল, দিল;
ছবিদের কবিদের যুগ যুগ,
প্রেরণা যুগিয়ে যাবে অমৃতা শেরগিল।

অঙ্গ বিহঙ্গ হয়ে ... - ১

"রূপ লাগি আঁখি ঝুরে গুণে মন ভোর,
প্রতি অঙ্গ লাগি কান্দে প্রতি অঙ্গ মোর।
হিয়ার পরশ লাগি হিয়া মোর কান্দে,
পরাণ- পিরীতি লাগি থির নাহি বান্ধে।"

প্রতি অঙ্গ লাগি কান্দে প্রতি অঙ্গ মোর-
প্রতিরাত ভেবে ভেবে এক একটি ভোর
আসে! একটি অঙ্গ বিহঙ্গ হয়ে ভাসে-
আকুলি বিকুলি করে সারাটা সময়!
আর কেবলই যেতে চায়, কাছে তোর!
প্রতি অঙ্গ লাগি কান্দে প্রতি অঙ্গ মোর!

হায়রে বেসম্ভব কলিকাল,
ঘোর আন্ধার চাইরদিক -
বেবাকের চোখে-মুখে
দেখি কাল-রাইতের-আন্ধার !

শীতলক্ষ্যা ভাইসা ওঠে লখিন্দরের লাশে লাশে -

ধিক্ তোরে, জননী, জন্মভূমি!
যে তোরে 'শোয়াইতে' পারে -
সে-ই বুঝি 'সোয়ামী' তোমার !!

The vivacious storm stopped
All of a sudden!
As if the Life, a dew-drop on a grass-leaf
Just dropped!
As if the great Vivaldi just finished playing
His Storm in Violin in great vigor!

But ...
Yet another wonderful Life
Suddenly blossomed...
The great evening Twilight
With wonderful hue of Gold - so bright!
That also quickly changed shades,
Into shadows of darkness, into fades!

It's a wonderful weather
Out there ... dear
Let's hold our hands light
And roam for a while together...!
